​I had narrowed my choices down for a powered wheelchair and visited two dealers before finding out about Mobility & More. I called and spoke with Jay telling him that I am interested in a Jazzy Air but wanted to try it out first. He personally delivered a demo unit to my house where I immediately decided to order. He gave me the best price available, ordered and personally delivered my new Jazzy Air the following week. Jay is beyond exceptional as he makes certain you know how to use the product, he answers all your questions, his follow up is exceptional, making sure you are happy and content with the product. If you are considering power wheelchairs, scooters, or other quality of life enhancements for the handicapped, don’t bother looking anywhere in the greater Charlotte area other than Mobility & More. Don’t just take my word for it. Read the other reviews!!

​I cannot say enough about this company. I became fond of Jay the moment I met him. He is kind, courteous and like the other reviewers said, he definitely goes the extra mile. Jay was so very helpful by helping me procure a lift chair to rest in as I recovered from a deadly illness. His response to my need was immediate and his compassion evident. He checked up on me once the chair was delivered to see how my recovery was progressing. I am so thankful to have become knowledgeable of Mobility and More and having Jay available to assist me with my needs.

Excellent Service and the best prices around! I contacted Mobility & More at the last minute for a weekend stay after contacting several other very unhelpful (and some very rude) providers in the area. Mobility & More not only processed my last minute request on the spot, they are courteous and very pleasant to talk with. The scooter was delivered early and surpassed my expectations (it was a Cadillac scooter!!) I am very hard to impress...but I was impressed! This company is top notch. Don't even waste time looking around - I have already done that. Make Mobility & More your first stop - I promise you will not be disappointed!

​My experience in working with Jay Buinicky (Mobility & More) could not have been better. Jay was extremely helpful in finding appropriate equipment to help my 92 year old mother transition from rehab (following a fall which resulted in hip replacement surgery) back to her condo. Jay’s dad, Bob, was also very kind to deliver and set up equipment like a bed rail, and both of them were understanding about my mom “changing her mind” about the need for a wheelchair after Jay special ordered one to fit through her doorways. I thought that their prices were fair and their caring, personal service was outstanding. Although we ended up returning two pieces of equipment because of my very hard-to-please mom, I have told Jay that we will use his company for all her future medical equipment needs.

Jay was absolutely amazing to work with! After calling different businesses and exploring different options all over the Charlotte area for my dad when his mobility decreased, I took him to Mobility and More. I knew there was a difference with Jay from the first time I called and we were not disappointed when we went into the store! He didn't try to sell us anything - he cares about his clients and wants what is best for them. My dad was able to try out different scooters and get the perfect one for his needs! Jay went above and beyond to be helpful and to accommodate us! I would absolutely recommend Mobility and More to anyone!

Overseeing a large company which installs energy efficiency products to home owners, I'm constantly reminding myself and my teams to take the "Jay" approach with our customers. Jay and his company exemplify the attention to detail to every level of customer service. A family member recently needed a knee walker and what started out to as an inquiry to get some information, turned into him delivering the knee walker a few hours later which included a live demo. Amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and very polite. What else could you ask for in a service related company?!!!
